To assist new clients in customizing the configuration of agrē, a dedicated Client Service Consultant (CSC) is assigned to each retailer. Your CSC will walk you through each phase of your agrē implementation: assessment, training, setup, and configuration.

Each CSC has a broad base of understanding of the ag-retail industry, making them well equipped to understand your business and able to provide suggestions on alternate solutions to any number of business challenges. Once you have agrē up and running your CSC remains your first point of contact for any issue. They also provide ongoing training and support.

Pam Rogers

photo of Pam Rogers, CSC Pam joined the Tronia Team in fall 2008 bringing with her a Diploma in Business Administration and over 20 years of business experience in Customer Sales and Service [telecommunications industry], Office Administration, and Human Resources. Pam has embraced the ag-retail industry and exhibits true dedication to her customers by providing excellent service and support. Pam enjoys the training aspect of her job as she gets the opportunity to understand our customers' business operations, consult on best practices, and best of all: personally meet our retailers.


Dee Klassen

Client Service Consultant

photo of Dee Klassen, CSC Since joining our team in January 2009, Dee has been continually developing customer relationships, learning about our business and industry, and working intimately in agrē. In 2010 she took on the role of Client Service Consultant as the primary contact for our customers in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Dee has a wealth of knowledge and skills, having worked in a variety of industries. She has successfully held positions as a Management Analyst, Credit/Collections Manager, Project Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, as well as our own Office Administrator. With more than 25 years of exceptional customer service experience, 15 years of accounting experience, and 5 years of teaching agrē to customers new and old, you can count on Dee to assist you with nothing but the highest level of support.


Kelly Landry

photo of Kelly Landry, CSC Kelly brought a long history of working with people and being a problem-solver when she joined the team in 2016. With over 12 years experience in the Information Technology industry, and a few more as a Continuous Improvement Specialist, she knows her way around efficient processes. Additional time as an Estimator proves she's not afraid of working with numbers. Kelly enjoys ‘making your day’ and will go out of her way to achieve that. She's like your best friend - friendly, helpful and always willing to lend a hand.


Devin Griffiths

Client Service Consultant

photo of Devin Griffiths, CSC Devin joined the team in 2016 with an Accounting Diploma and over 10 years of customer service experience in tow. Starting with helping her Papa do the books for his construction company when she was just a little girl, Devin has worn the hats of Office Administrator, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Health Services Administrator, and Client Services Coordinator. She has experience in a variety of industries and is now embracing ag-retail with her ‘can do’ attitude. Devin is happy to help and she'll be wearing a smile the whole time she does.


Tronia has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They know their product/program inside and out. I am a very “uncomputer” person and they always understand what I’m looking for and have always been able to answer all of my questions.
