To assist new clients in customizing the configuration of agrē, a dedicated Client Service Consultant (CSC) is assigned to each retailer. Your CSC will walk you through each phase of your agrē implementation: assessment, training, setup, and configuration.

Each CSC has a broad base of understanding of the ag-retail industry, making them well-equipped to understand your business and able to provide suggestions & solutions to any number of business challenges. Once you have agrē up and running your CSC remains your first point of contact for any issue, and continues to provide you with ongoing training and support.


Dee Klassen

photo of Dee Klassen, CSM Since joining our team in January 2009, Dee has been continually developing customer relationships, expanding her industry knowledge, and working intimately with agrē & agrē Agronomy. She has successfully held positions as a Management Analyst, Project Coordinator, Credit/Collections Manager, as well as our own Office Administrator, Client Service Consultant, and Client Operations Coordinator - before moving into her new role as our Client Operations Manager. Dee has a wealth of knowledge and skills, having worked in a variety of industries. With more than 25 years of exceptional customer service experience, 20 years of accounting experience, and 8 years of teaching agrē to customers new and old, you can count on Dee to assist you with nothing but the highest level of support.

Pam Rogers

She appreciates and continues to foster relationships with old and new customers. Pam’s priority is to stay current in the ag-retail industry, business concepts, and agrē software so she can share her wealth of knowledge with our customers. Her Business Administration/ Marketing Diploma, combined with over 20 years of experience in Customer Sales and Service, Office Administration and Human Resources, has helped her effectively and successfully support and train Tronia Customers so they can continue to achieve success in their businesses.

Devin Shewfelt

photo of Devin Griffiths, CSCDevin joined the team in 2016 with an Accounting Diploma and over 10 years of customer service experience in tow. Starting with helping her Papa do the books for his construction company when she was just a little girl, Devin has worn the hats of Office Administrator, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Health Services Administrator, and Client Services Coordinator. She has experience in a variety of industries and has embraced ag-retail with her ‘can do’ attitude. Devin enjoys getting to know customers and assist them with their business needs. When she is not in the office providing support, she is traveling throughout Canada providing agrē training. Devin is always happy to help and she'll be wearing a smile the whole time she does.

Cali Macknak

Most recently hailing from the Mutual Fund Industry as an Executive Assistant, Cali is dedicated to exceptional customer service. Her background in Office Administration, Bookkeeping and Consulting Services, and her positive attitude smoothed the transition to the ag-retail industry. Cali is looking forward to building customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing support with a smile.

Jennifer Khan

Since graduating from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Agriculture, Jennifer has attained over a decade of experience in various Agriculture, Veterinary Science and Customer Service positions. She strives to enhance the future of the Agriculture Industry in general, and is now very excited to bring her expertise to the Ag-Retail Industry. With her cheerful and positive attitude, Jennifer is eager to build strong customer relationships and to provide you with outstanding customer support.

 

Tronia has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They know their product/program inside and out. I am a very “uncomputer” person and they always understand what I’m looking for and have always been able to answer all of my questions.
