agrē Training

Tronia understands that wrapping your head around new software can be challenging, so we offer training solutions that are interactive, personal and customizable for your company. Taught by our product experts, your agrē training session can be held in our hi-tech classroom in St. Albert or at a facility nearer to your location.

The agrē training package for new retailers includes:

  • up to 4 hours for agrē orientation, demonstration, business process analysis,
    and support during Setup
  • 2 days procedural (classroom) training focused on the way your company does business
  • up to 8 hours follow-up approximately 6 – 8 weeks after starting with agrē
  • up to 30 hours of support time during the first year of use

Customized agrē Training

We also offer condensed training packages for new hires or seasonal employees; seminars in the areas of costing, prepayment, blending, CRM, and the agronomy module; and training customized to your company's specific business practices. Please contact us for more information.
