You can manage agrē retail products from the Hub.

 

Products in the Hub are classified as:

Hub Products are created directly within the hub and then pushed out to retail databases.

Retail Products are products created in agrē which have been marked for Hub Mapping.

To add products in the hub
* indicates a required field

Navigate to Data Management > Manage > Retail Product Add/Update.
The Retail Product Add/Update window opens.

Select a Retail*.
The Hub needs to know whose product types, manufacturers, and unit types to use.

Click Retrieve.
The drop-down lists are populated and the Add button activates.

Click Add.
The Add New Product window opens.

Enter the Retail Code* and Desciption*.

Choose a Product Type* and Manufacturer. 

Enter the Manufacturer, Product Code, UPC, and Unit Price.

Choose the Main Unit Type*.

Check if the product is an Inventory item (you can count it).

Check if Blendable.

New products are Active by default; uncheck to deactivate.

Choose any Product Characteristics. 

Save the new product.
The Add New Product window closes.

Select Push Updates to add new products to retail agre databases.
 The Select Database window opens.

Check each Database to receive the new product.

Select OK to send the updates

Update Successful is displayed and the selected agrē Retail databases are updated immediately.
Select OK to continue.

If any of the selected databases are missing the matching product Type, Manufacturer, or Main Unit Type, a Validation Failed message is displayed for the first database that fails. The process is halted, and no further updates are pushed.

Select Exit to close the Retail Product Add/Update window.

To edit products in the hub

Navigate to Data Management > Manage > Retail Product Add/Update.
The Retail Product Add/Update window opens.

Select a Retail.

(optional) In the Search box, type a Product Code or Product Description.

Uncheck the Active Only? checkbox to include inactive products.

Click Retrieve.
The products that match the criteria are listed.

Select the product row, then select Edit.
The Editing Product window opens.

Update the product as needed.

Save the new product.
The Editing window closes.

Select Push Updates to send the changes to agre retail databases (follow the instructions above).
