"Tronia support is always quick to reply to any troubleshooting you may have. They keep in contact with you until your issue is resolved. You do not need to continue to contact them for information. They do not close the issue file until it has been resolved. I have always had my contact Devin be extremely quick to responses. Since we joined in 2016 she was the one who trained me on the program and who continues to be my contact so there is a repour with her and not change over at the company which is great in this industry as that doesn't happen a lot."
