Tronia Support Team

To assist new clients in customizing the configuration of agrē, a dedicated Client Service Consultant (CSC) is assigned to each retailer. Your CSC will walk you through each phase of your agrē implementation: assessment, training, setup, and configuration.

Each CSC has a broad base of understanding of the ag-retail industry, making them well-equipped to understand your business and able to provide suggestions and solutions to any number of business challenges. Once you have agrē up and running your CSC remains your first point of contact for any issue, and continues to provide you with ongoing training and support.


Dee Klassen

Joining our team in January 2009, Dee has been continually developing customer relationships, expanding her industry knowledge, and working intimately with our software. She has successfully held positions such as Management Analyst, Project Coordinator and Credit & Collections Manager. As well she has had he opportunity to hold several positions here at Tronia prior to becoming the Client Operations Manager in 2017 – giving her the unique experience to not only learn and use the software as a user, but to also continue to work with our customers through the eyes of these various roles. Dee has a wealth of knowledge, with more than 30 years of exceptional customer service experience, 25 years of accounting experience and more than 12 years of teaching agre to customers new and old. Dee now works closely between our Client Services department and our various internal departments managing the logistics of customer support, training and software enhancements. You can feel confident knowing that Dee is working diligently to ensure each customer’s needs and requirements are always met.

Devin Shewfelt

Devin embraced the ag-retail industry in 2016 with her ‘can do’ attitude. Starting with helping her Papa do the books for his construction company when she was just a little girl, Devin has worn the hats of Office Administrator, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Health Services Administrator, Client Services Coordinator, as well as our very own Client Service Consultant before becoming our Sr. Client Operations Coordinator. Devin has a passion for learning - which encompasses everything from growing her industry knowledge, to customer specific business processes. She brings with her almost 20 years of customer service experience, 13 years accounting experience, and 7 years of teaching agrē to customers new & old. When Devin is not in the office consulting with clients, or traveling providing agrē & agrēGrain training, she is working behind the scenes with our Client Operations Manager. Devin is always eager to help our customers and she'll be wearing a smile the whole time she does.

Pam Rogers

Working at Tronia Systems since 2008 as a Client Service Consultant has been an exciting journey for Pam! She appreciates and continues to foster relationships with old and new customers. Pam’s priority is to stay current in the ag-retail industry, business concepts, and agrē software so she can share her wealth of knowledge with our customers. Her Business Administration/ Marketing Diploma, combined with over 20 years of experience in Customer Sales and Service, Office Administration and Human Resources, has helped her effectively and successfully support and train Tronia Customers so they can continue to achieve success in their businesses.

Cali Macknak

Cali joined the Tronia team in December 2017 bringing over 20 years of business experience in a variety of industries, always focused on Customer Service. Most recently hailing from the Mutual Fund Industry as an Executive Assistant, Cali is dedicated to exceptional customer service. Her background in Office Administration, Bookkeeping and Consulting Services, and her positive attitude smoothed the transition to the ag-retail industry. Cali is looking forward to building customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing support with a smile.

We also welcomed Jennifer to the team in December 2017. Since graduating from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Agriculture, Jennifer has attained over a decade of experience in various Agriculture, Veterinary Science and Customer Service positions. She strives to enhance the future of the Agriculture Industry in general, and is now very excited to bring her expertise to the Ag-Retail Industry. With her cheerful and positive attitude, Jennifer is eager to build strong customer relationships and to provide you with outstanding customer support.

Stefanie Lallemand

Since joining our team in 2019, Stefanie has held the positions as our Office Administrator and Client Service Representative before moving into her new role as Client Service Consultant. She brings over 10 years’ experience in finance and business administration and her previous positions provided opportunities for exposure to the agricultural industry and helped inspire her move to becoming a CSC. This wide range of experiences and skills lend to her being responsive and dedicated to the needs of our customers. Stefanie is committed to excellence in service and ensuring our customers are top priority. Stefanie's positive and enthusiastic attitude are strong attributes that support building strong customer relationships.

 

Tronia has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They know their product/program inside and out. I am a very “uncomputer” person and they always understand what I’m looking for and have always been able to answer all of my questions.
